Profile
Herdis Agovi holds her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology at the University of Florence in 2017 (110/110 cum laude). After graduating she works one year at the Cognitive Psychophysiology Laboratory-University of Florence (Department of Neuroscience, Psychology, Pharmacology, and Child Health – NEUROFARBA). Currently she’s doing her PhD in Food Science and Technology
Research interests and PhD project
PhD project “Implicit and explicit methods in evaluation of sensory, affective and attentive responses in pre-adolescents for plant-based food products”. Her research interests are multimodal perception, implicit measurement and healthy food.
