Profile
Andrea Dominici obtained in 2012 a Bachelor’s Degree and in 2014 a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies from University of Firenze, Italy. During his PhD period, he attended in quality of visitor some courses in Econometrics and Agricultural Economics included in the Master Course in Agricultural Economics and Policy at University of Naples Federico II. He also attended the Summer School in “Consumer behavior analysis in lab experiments: sensory perception and non-hypothetical valuation methods” at University of Naples Federico II in July 2016.
Research interests and PhD project
His main research interests focus on wine economics, analyzing both producers and consumers behavior. In particular, his attention is on entrepreneurial motivations and management styles in the wine sector, exploring non-economic goals that lead wine managers. Concerning consumers’ preferences, he studies the importance of wine attributes that influence purchase decisions. |
