I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology at the University of Naples Federico II and a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Florence. During my Bachelor’s degree, I also participated in the Erasmus+ for Studies Prog. at the “École Supérieure des agricultures”of Angers-Loire (FR). After my Master’s degree I took part in the Erasmus+ Traineeship Prog. at the University of Barcelona (SP) where I carried out a qualitative survey on the strategies to strengthen the local economy of agroecological products. Currently I am a PhD Student in Sustainable Management of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Resources at the SensoryLab.
