Melanie Maxwald, born in Austria, holds a master’s degree in landscape architecture and landscape planning from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Besides research, her interests vary from playing soccer to learning languages (English, Spanish, Italian) and travelling. In the last years she realized various social projects in Ecuador
