Profile
I graduated at the University of Florence where I obtained a Master’s degree in Forestry. I worked at CNR-IVALSA since 2013 and my research focused mainly on forest operations and wood biomass production.
Research interests and PhD project
My PhD project deals with coppice harvesting mechanization. The common theme is that the increasing of mechanization level during the forest operation can reduce the risk of accidents, raise productivity and reduce costs.
